It is one of my various lockdown trials and its profile had the merit of being new and bringing a new color to my palette of flavors.


A miso with more bitter notes, with an aromatic palette close to raw cocoa.

It will pair perfectly with any of your preparations.

  • Made from organic products only (Camargue PGI rice and red bean from the Vivien d'Anjou farm), sea salt and aspergillus orizae.

    Miso must be kept cool (+3°) upon receipt .

    Unpasteurized, this is a product that will continue to mature slowly if stored under the conditions mentioned above.

    Keep for one year.

    Allergens: lupin , possible traces of gluten and soy .
