Traditionally, tamari is the liquid from the production of miso.
The paste being sufficiently moist, when you produce your miso you can notice the appearance of this "liquid gold", which is a concentrated, syrupy and powerful part of your miso.
This is exactly the definition of this product. A deep, black liquid, with a sweet shoyu flavor, almost like caramel.The taste is that of a light soy sauce with salt, with all the flavors of rye bread miso.
Tamari - miso rye bread
Produced from the production of rye bread miso, tamari is made from rye bread from the Poilâne bakery, white round rice from Camargue, Guérande salt and aspergillus oryzae.
Even if it is not pasteurized , tamari can be stored at room temperature.
Keep for one year.
