In the Christmas series and still with La Plantation, we thought about a spicy miso which would be an instant soup base.

Dissolve in boiling water, then wait 3 minutes for the soup to infuse, and it is ready to be consumed. With pepper leather, which is an overripe long pepper berry, crushed and dried in the sun, powdered galangal and wakame seaweed, you will have a spicy and gourmet soup base.


You can also garnish it with seasonal vegetables, meat or fish for those who eat it.
To be dosed according to your desires and your palate.
